My Dad, Oral Roberts

My Dad, Oral Roberts cover

Synopsis

He was born at the height of the War to End All Wars, in the little town of Ada, Oklahoma. By the time Oral Roberts passed from this life in 2009, American evangelicalism became a truly global endeavor, due in no small part to this faith-healer who began his ministry in tent revivals.

Now, his daughter, Roberta Roberts Potts has penned a loving, inside view of the man and his ministry. Filled with anecdotes and observations about one of the world's most famous preachers, My Dad, Oral Roberts serves as the only biography of Granville Oral Roberts from his family.

Full of wonderful photos and memories—both poignant and happy—My Dad, Oral Roberts is a truly fascinating read, and a wonderful testament to a life of faith.
